Kalinya Botanicals has partnered with Australia’s best native botanical brands to ensure we provide you with the highest quality Australian natural skincare and wellness products  

Our partners follow strict manufacturing guidelines in accordance with Australian standards. As we receive products from our suppliers we, in turn, inspect products and ensure all items leaving our premises are in pristine condition. Due to these extensive quality checks, we believe it to be highly unlikely any products purchased from Kalinya Botanicals would ever be faulty.

We provide extensive information on each product, including full ingredients, product benefits and product user guides. If you have further questions about any of our products we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing.

Under Australian Consumer Law, and due to the nature of our products and the information we provide on our website, we do not provide a refund or an exchange due to change of mind.

If you believe the product you have purchased or received to be faulty, we will happily provide a replacement or refund with a proof of purchase receipt that shows the product has been purchased from Kalinya Botanicals. This receipt will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase.

If you have received products as a gift, we will require you to tell us a) when you received them b) who you received them from c) your name and the delivery address.

In addition to providing a copy of your receipt, we require a photo of the product and a full description of the fault. We do not require the product to be posted to us, however, without our three requirements we cannot provide a replacement product or refund. If we deem the product to have been misused in any way, and not considered to be faulty, we will not provide a replacement or refund. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


FAQ’s

Are coupon codes required for promotions?

Promotional products and complimentary samples will automatically be added to your order. No codes are required, unless specified.

When we offer a discount or promote a special offer through Instagram, we may also mention a discount code – this is required in order for you to get the special offer or discount, and you will need to add this at the checkout. 

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver Australia wide from the Hunter Valley of NSW. International delivery will be available soon.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping applies to all orders, with no minimum spend..

When will my order by shipped?

All orders are packed and leave Kalinya Botanicals within 24 hours or less (Monday to Friday). Depending on you location, you can expect your order between 1-5 working days. Regional areas may take longer. We ship from the beautiful Hunter Valley region of NSW. 

When will my order arrive?

Depending on you location, you can expect your order between 1-5 working days. Regional areas may take longer. Australia Post is experiencing deliveries due to Covid-19 Pandemic, accordingly we suggest allowing extra time to receive your order.

Do you Express Post?

We are not able to offer Express Post at the moment as Australia Post can not guarantee express delivery. 

Incorrect address and re-delivery

If the address you provide for delivery is incorrect, and your order is returned to us, a re-delivery fee of $10 will apply.

Coronavirus and Cleanliness standards at Kalinya Botanicals.

We always have, and always will maintain high standards in regards to the health and safety of our team and our customers. Our team regularly washes their hands, applies hand sanitiser and wear gloves when packing and wrapping orders, writing card messages and applying postage labels. Our stock is stored in large air tight plastic tubs, and is unpacked by team members who wear gloves at all times. You can be assured that your Kalinya Botanicals products will arrive to you, or the recipient of your gift, clean and with minimal handling from our team.

Our website accepts credit card payments through PayPal.

AfterPay

AfterPay is available on all products. You need to sign up to AfterPay to be able to utilise this service on our website.

Will a receipt be included with my order?

A receipt is emailed once an order is placed, we do not include receipts in packaged orders.

Out of stock products

Although we keep good stock levels and regularly restock, occasionally stock levels can drop unexpectedly and there may be short delays whilst we wait for our suppliers’ replenishment. In the event that there will be a delay fulfilling your order, we will contact you immediately.

Gift wrapping?

Yes we do! Our gorgeous gift wrap is from Bespoke Letterpress, with some designs illustrated by Australian botanical artist Edith Rewa. You can select ‘Gift Wrap’ when you add a product to your cart, or you can select ‘Gift Wrap’ at the checkout. If you are purchasing a few items for one person you only need to select ‘Gift Wrap’ once, unless you would like each item individually wrapped. 

Our Gift Wrap is environmentally responsible, 100% recycled paper. 

Does it cost extra to Gift wrap?

Yes, it costs $5 to gift wrap, and we annually donate this money to Kaarkin Black Cockatoo Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre in Perth, W.A.

Do you include a gift card message?

We have beautiful Bespoke Letterpress gift cards available and will neatly handwrite your message on your chosen card, or write a message on a Kalinya Botanicals postcard. Our postcard fits a short message, around 20-25 words, for example – “Happy birthday Mum, have a great day, enjoy your beautiful botanical products! lots of love from us all xx”- If your message is longer than this we may need to print your message and include it separately with your gift.

Gift vouchers?

Do you exchange products if I change my mind?

Corporate and Bulk Orders.

Please send an email to hello@kalinyabotanicals.com with your requirements. We will reply within 24 hours or less. 

Corporate and Bulk orders often need extra time to organise, therefore we may not always be able to accommodate late requests.
